1. What we collect

Account details, signature content you create, and engagement events on signature links when a signature owner enables analytics.

2. Tracking disclosure

Signatures with analytics enabled include a tracking pixel and tagged links. Many mail clients block or proxy these, so measurements are directional, not exact. Signature owners can turn tracking off per signature.

We use Databuddy to understand product usage and website performance. On our public home, pricing and guide pages, Promptwatch measures visits and referrals from AI search services. The Promptwatch integration sends the public page address, referring website origin, browser language and timezone. It excludes URL query strings, account pages and signature content, and honours browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

3. Your rights

You can export or permanently delete your account data from settings at any time (GDPR Articles 15 to 17).

4. Data retention

Raw engagement events are pruned after ~90 days; aggregates are anonymous. Deleted accounts are removed immediately; engagement rows are anonymized.
