Before you bring the team
Will it look right in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail?
Paraph is designed for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, with previews and installation instructions in the editor. Formatting and GIF playback vary by email app, version and settings.
Does a signature hurt deliverability?
Your signature travels inside the email body, so it has to stay light. Paraph's paste output stays under 10,000 characters, images are hosted on our asset domain rather than attached, and tracking is off unless you switch it on for a signature.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Create one signature and generate social profile pictures and banners without a card. The free signature carries a small “Sent with Paraph” line; paid plans can remove it.
What does the Team trial include?
The Team plan for 14 days: up to 25 seats, a master signature, locked brand fields, CSV import, an approved banner library, team social-kit preparation, signature campaigns and team analytics. Card required; billing starts after the trial unless you cancel.
Do the animations play everywhere?
Playback depends on the recipient’s email app and settings. Apps that do not animate GIFs show the first frame. Every Paraph preset starts with the complete still image, and your contact details remain live text.
How do social profiles get updated?
Paraph prepares downloadable profile pictures for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram and Threads, plus covers for LinkedIn, X and Facebook. Team admins can prepare kits centrally; teammates download the files and upload them to their social accounts.
